- In a pan add the water and put the sausages to scald until it comes to a boil. Drain, cut into slices and set aside
- In another pan, add the oil, the crushed garlic, let it brown. Add the chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped pepper, salt and stir, cook for 5 minutes
- Add the tomato paste, chicken stock and cilantro and boil for another 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the sausage cut into slices to the sauce. Boil for 10 minutes. ready to serve
