- Sour cream1 cup
- Tomato sauce4 tablespoon
- Water1 l
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Season2 tablespoon
- Crushed garlic2 unit(s)
- In a pan add the oil, garlic and onion and mix, leave until golden.
- Add the sausage, tomato sauce, green corn, seasoning and water and bring to a boil.
- When the broth thickens, turn off the fire, add the cream and mix again.
