- Tahini (if you have it)1/2 cup
- Garlic Clove01 cup
- Lemon juice01 cup
- Olive oil04 tablespoon
- In a blender, slowly blend the ingredients, except the oil. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and drizzle with oil. Serve cold with toast/crystal bread.
