- Cassava500 g
- Dry meat300 g
- Mozzarella cheese50 g
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Milk1/3 cup
- Olive oil, parsley, chives, salt1 to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Cover the cassava with water and let it cook under pressure for 20 minutes. Drain well, transfer it to the blender, add the cream and beat until it becomes a cream. Return to the pan, add the butter, adjust the salt and cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Reserve.
- In another pan, sauté the onion in the oil. When it starts to become transparent, add the shredded beef, parsley and chives. Let it fry for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Transfer half of the puree to a refractory, place the jerky, the rest of the puree, and cover with mozzarella. Place in a preheated oven at 180° to brown.
