  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Parsley10 g
  • Water20 ml
  • Salt to taste
  1. Wash the jilo.
  2. Cut into 4 pieces like a flower
  3. Chop the garlic and saute
  4. Put the jilo together with the garlic
  5. Add water, parsley and salt.
  6. Cover and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
