- Heat the butter with a little oil, fry the mushrooms for 10 minutes over moderate heat, salt and sprinkle with black pepper.
- After that, we remove and add a little oil, roast the steaks on both sides for 2 minutes over high heat, seasoning them with salt and pepper.
- Add the cream and place the grated cheese on top of each steak.
- Sprinkle with paprika and cover the pan with a lid. Cook for minutes on low heat.
