- Kefir water250 ml
- Organic orange juice (can be another fruit)50 ml
- Brown sugar2 tablespoon
- Put the orange juice inside a plastic bottle, add the sugar. Mix well. Now add the already fermented water kefir and mix again. Knead the bottle a little, cover and leave to ferment for 24 hours. After fermenting, take it to the fridge, consume ice cream! TIP: You can put the juice with pieces of fruit, frozen pulp juice, ready-made tea or just add pieces of fruit to make a flavored water. Don't beat the kefir water in the blender, just beat the juice separately and then add them together.
