- Mayonnaise250 g
- Sour cream (or almond)200 g
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Cut the leek stalks into slices (keep the leaves in the freezer to make broth). Put in the pan along with the oil, a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes until wilted, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Reserve.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the cream until well incorporated. Place the leek with the oil from the skillet and stir well until incorporated.
- Taste and adjust the salt if necessary and it's done, enjoy!
