  • Lentil1 cup
  • Chopped Calabrian Sausage1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1/4 cup
  • Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
  • Bay Leaf1 unit(s)
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Green Spice to taste
  • Hot water2 cup
  1. In a pressure cooker, fry the pepperoni well, add the onion and garlic and sauté.
  2. Add the lentils, water, bay leaf, salt, pepper and mix.
  3. Close the pressure cooker and after you get pressure, count 3 minutes and turn it off.
  4. Remove the pressure from the pan, turn the heat back on. Adjust the salt and check if you need more water.
  5. Cook for another 1 or 2 minutes, turn off the heat and finish with the green seasoning.
