- Lentil1 cup
- Chopped Calabrian Sausage1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Bay Leaf1 unit(s)
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Green Spice to taste
- Hot water2 cup
- In a pressure cooker, fry the pepperoni well, add the onion and garlic and sauté.
- Add the lentils, water, bay leaf, salt, pepper and mix.
- Close the pressure cooker and after you get pressure, count 3 minutes and turn it off.
- Remove the pressure from the pan, turn the heat back on. Adjust the salt and check if you need more water.
- Cook for another 1 or 2 minutes, turn off the heat and finish with the green seasoning.
