Milk1 cup
Onion1 unit(s)
Oil2 tablespoon
Salt to taste

Clean the liver and cut it into pieces
Place the liver in a bowl with milk and two pinches of salt and leave it in the fridge for a few minutes.
Cut the onion into thin slices, put it in the hot oil with the liver and mix.
