- In a pan, crush the garlic add oil
- This step is optional If you want, you can wash the rice.
- In the fire, let the garlic brown a little with the oil (don't let it burn, because it can bitter the rice)
- Add the rice, stir well and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add water until it passes the rice, 1 finger above, is enough
- Let the water dry and see if the rice is already cooked. If not, add more water until it is fully cooked.
