- In a pan, add liquid milk, butter, wheat flour, chopped onion and garlic. Stir until it forms a white sauce, dissolving everything over medium heat. Book this.
- Then, in another pan, add water, salt, pepper and pasta. Then cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. The macaroni is cooked.
