  • Wholemeal Pasta400 g
  • Tomato sauce100 g
  • Salt15 g
  • Water600 ml
  • Vegetable oil100 ml
  • Saffron1 tablespoon
  1. First cook the pasta, adding water to the pan. Boil for 10 minutes and then add the vegetable oil. As soon as it bubbles, add the noodles and wait for the noodles to lose their stiffness, within 20 to 30 minutes.
  2. Then season the ground beef with salt and saffron. Put it in a pan, add water and boil. Then, after the meat has released a little liquid, add the tomato sauce, thus adding more taste to the food. As soon as the water increases a little more, reduce the heat and cover the pan with the meat. Wait for the water to disappear and the meat to cook.
  3. Once the meat and noodles are ready, it remains to mix and the recipe is ready.
