- White wine1/3 cup
- Water1/3 cup
- Cane molasses1/4 cup
- Cinnamon raw1 unit(s)
- Clove5 unit(s)
- Juice of one lemon1 unit(s)
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Chop the mangoes, apple and pepper into 1 cm cubes. Chop the onion, garlic and pepper finely. Grate or chop the ginger.
- Put all the ingredients in a pot and boil for about 45 minutes over medium-low heat. Don't let it dry too much. You can add more water if you need to make it creamy.
- Let cool for 20 minutes and store in a glass jar. It lasts for 3 weeks in the fridge. Great accompaniment to starters and poultry dishes.
