- Thin sausage1/2 kg
- Bacon200 kg
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Onion leaf to taste
- Seasoning to taste
- Corn1 can(s)
- Chopped Carrots1 unit(s)
- Raisins100 g
- Season the ribs and fry them, and make a stew of them.
- In the pan that will make the rice, fry the bacon and the sausage (the oil will release enough oil to drown the rice)
- Place the washed rice and the chopped onion next to the bacon and sausage and fry it a little.
- Place the ribs with the broth in the rice, add the carrots and let it cook normally.
- After cooking, transfer the rice to a platter, add the green corn and the raisin, stir a little.
- Sprinkle chives to decorate.
