- wash the potatoes well
- Take a large pot, boil water and add the potatoes and leave for 30 minutes.
- Take a fork, pierce the potato and see if the fork goes in but with the potato firm without falling apart
- Preheat the oven to 200c for 10 minutes.
- Put the potatoes in the mold and give them a few punches, give them light without mashing them too much.
- Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil, add salt and add thyme sprigs to give a special taste
- Let it bake for about 1 hour.
