- Potato1 kg
- Tomato3 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese150 g
- Milk1 cup
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Peel and cook the potatoes over high heat until they are very soft. Mash them very well with the help of a fork or juicer. Place in a large pan adding the margarine, milk and salt. Stir until smooth.
- Pass the tomatoes in a food processor or cut into small pieces. The ideal point is that the tomato is well crushed but not yet at the point of sauce. If you wish, you can add salt.
- In a refractory, make a layer with half of the puree, then add the cheese, make another layer with the rest of the puree and a last layer with the tomatoes. Finish with a few pieces of cheese on top.
- Place in the oven over high heat until the cheese melts. Serve!
