- Potato1 kg
- Milk350 ml
- Salt to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Add the unpeeled potatoes to a pressure cooker, cover with water and add a dessert spoon of salt. Once you get pressure, leave it on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Peel the potatoes and mash them.
- In a pan, add the butter and fry a crushed garlic clove. Add the mashed potato.
- Add the milk and stir over medium heat until smooth (about 3 minutes).
- Correct salt if necessary.
- Serve it hot. It is a great accompaniment to meat and fish.
