- Potato ball to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Wash the potatoes well and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and transfer them to a bench or board and give the potatoes light punches, taking it easy so as not to destroy them.
- Place the potatoes in a bowl and drizzle with plenty of oil.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Put some crushed garlic cloves and some fresh rosemary sprigs
- Bake in the oven until the potatoes are golden and serve.
