Potatoes with skin

Lave as batatas e cozinhe inteiras com casca até ficarem macias.

Wash the potatoes and cook them whole in their skins until tender.

Transfira para uma forma,amasse as batatas,pode ser com o fundo de um copo e regue com azeite,sal e temperos a gosto .

Transfer to a shape, mash the potatoes, it can be with the bottom of a glass and drizzle with olive oil, salt and seasonings to taste.

Leve para assar por alguns minutos,quando dourar em cima,vire-as para dourar o outro lado.
Pode finalizar com queijo e tempero verde se quiser.
