Cozinhe as batatas até ficarem bem moles.

Descasque-as ainda quentes e esprema as batatas no espremedor.

Despeje as batatas em um recipiente e acrescente a margarina, o sal e os temperos, e mexa até que a margarina derreta por completo.

Acrescente o leite aos poucos e continue mexendo até dar ficar cremoso.

Cook the potatoes until they are very soft.

Peel them while still hot and squeeze the potatoes in the ricer.

Pour the potatoes into a container and add the margarine, salt and seasonings, and stir until the margarine is completely melted.

Gradually add the milk and continue whisking until creamy.
