- Boiled Potatoes800 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Fresh thyme to taste
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Sour cream200 g
- Mozzarella cheese250 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Press the potatoes with your hand to flatten them.
- In a hot skillet with oil, brown the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and add a few sprigs of thyme.
- Transfer the potatoes to a refractory.
- In a pan with olive oil, brown the garlic, add the cream and as soon as it boils, add the cheese.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until it forms a cream. Place the cream over the potatoes and burn or gratin in the oven.
