- Smoked Bacon1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves8 unit(s)

- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Various spices to taste
- Wash the potatoes well with a brush. And with the peel and whole, take it to a pan with water. Approximately 30' or until when you stick a knife they are cooked but still firm.
- Strain and place them on a cloth to dry well. Distribute them in a roasting pan greased with oil. And without crushing too much; give each one of them a light squash (hence the name “to the punch”)
- Season with salt; black pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 220° for about 40' until golden.

- Prepare the Greek yogurt sauce in a bowl; adding; pepperoni pepper; olive oil and lemon juice; mix well.
- Colored the potatoes, take them out of the oven; toss the bacon and garlic on top and add the Greek yogurt sauce to freshen up.
- This accompaniment is ideal for barbecues; snacks; roasted meats or chickens. Try it!
