Mashed Potatoes with Meatballs in Sauce

- Boiled and Squeezed Potatoes500 g
- Margarine without salt1 tablespoon
- Milk1/2 cup
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Ground beef500 g
- Tomato Extract to taste
- Oil to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Garlic and salt to taste
- Water to taste
- Place the margarine in a pan and bring to a boil. When it is completely melted add the potato, milk and salt. Mix well and leave for another 5 minutes on the fire or until the puree thickens.
- Remove from heat, place in a refractory and set aside, keeping warm.
- In a bowl, place the ground beef and season with garlic and salt. Mix well and make medium balls. Put oil in a pan and fry the meatballs. When they are golden, transfer them to another pan and add the tomato paste and water over them. Season with garlic and salt and add the oregano. Let it boil until the sauce thickens.
- Remove the meatballs from the sauce and place them on top of the mashed potatoes. Finish by pouring the sauce over the meatballs.
