Boiled and Squeezed Potatoes

Margarine without salt

Milk

Salt

Ground beef

Tomato Extract

Oregano

Garlic and salt

Water

Mashed Potatoes with Meatballs in Sauce

Em uma panela coloque a margarina e leve ao fogo para derreter.
Quando estiver totalmente derretida acrescente a batata,o leite e o sal. 
Misture bem e deixe por mais 5 minutos no fogo ou até o purê encorpar.

Place the margarine in a pan and bring to a boil.
When it is completely melted add the potato, milk and salt.
Mix well and leave for another 5 minutes on the fire or until the puree thickens.

Retire do fogo, coloque em um refratário e reserve, mantendo aquecido.

Remove from heat, place in a refractory and set aside, keeping warm.

Em uma tigela, coloque a carne moída e tempere com alho e sal.Misture bem e faça bolinhas médias.
Coloque óleo em uma panela e frite as almôndegas.Quando estiverem douradas,passe-as para outra panela e acrescente sobre elas o extrato de tomate e a água.Tempere com alho e sal e acrescentar o orégano.
Deixe ferver até engrossar o molho.

In a bowl, place the ground beef and season with garlic and salt. Mix well and make medium balls.
Put oil in a pan and fry the meatballs. When they are golden, transfer them to another pan and add the tomato paste and water over them. Season with garlic and salt and add the oregano.
Let it boil until the sauce thickens.

Retire as almôndegas do molho e coloque -as em cima do purê de batatas.
Finalize colocando o molho por cima das almôndegas.

Remove the meatballs from the sauce and place them on top of the mashed potatoes.
Finish by pouring the sauce over the meatballs.
