  • Potato1 kg
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Wasabi (Horse Root)1 teaspoon
  1. Cook the potatoes with water and salt
  2. drain the potatoes
  3. mash the potatoes
  4. Add the butter and cream and mix with a whisk.
  5. Add the Wasabi and give a final mix and adjust the salt
