- potato400 g
- Milk200 ml
- Margarine with salt2 tablespoon
- Sausage1 tablespoon
- Chives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1- Cook the potatoes in a pan with water and a pinch of salt, until they open (ideal point for mashing them). 2- Drain the water and let it cool for about 10 minutes, peel and knead them, put them in another pan together with the margarine, over low heat, mixing constantly, add salt and pepper to taste, and gradually the milk , until forming a solid and consistent mass. 3- Turn off the heat and pour the dough into a glass container, add the chives and parsley and mix again. 4- Great to accompany with grilled meat and wood sauce! 5- If you wish, you can sprinkle with grated cheese and put it in the oven for 10 minutes to brown!
