- Butter2 to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper1 teaspoon
- Oregano1 teaspoon
- Water1 l
- Cook the potato until soft with a little salt in the water.
- Once cooked, grease a mold with butter and place them on top.
- Season with oregano, black pepper and add a little more salt if necessary.
- Then turn them over and season in the same way.
- Place in the oven to bake at 180 degrees
- Let it bake until the potato is golden.
