Roasted String Beans with Salt

Em um titela coloque a farofa de sua preferência, utilizei margarina e alho 

In a bowl put the farofa of your choice, I used margarine and garlic

Cozinhe o feijão de corda ou macassar, na água e sal e reserve 

Cook the string beans or macasar in water and salt and set aside.

Corte a tomate ,cebola e coentro bem picadinho pra fazer nossa vinagretes 

Cut the tomato, onion and cilantro finely chopped to make our vinaigrettes

Refogar a carne de sol em 1 fio de azeite  e começar a fazer a montagem...


Sauté the carne de sol in 1 thread of olive oil and start assembling...


Montagem: farofa, feijão, vinagrete e a carne de sol .... Bom apetite 

Assembly: farofa, beans, vinaigrette and dried meat.... Bon appetit
