Meat (strip)400 g
Mozzarella cheese150 g
Mashed Boiled Potato3 unit(s)
Pepper1 teaspoon
Salt1 tablespoon
Green pepper1 pint
Onion2 unit(s)
Vegetable oil1 cup
Water2 cup

Put oil in a pan, add the onion and brown it. Then add water, paprika, salt and pepper.
Add the meat and cook over medium heat, with the pan covered, for 30 minutes. Then remove from heat, add mozzarella cheese on top.
Now put the potatoes to cook with water and salt, letting them cook on low heat. Then remove the rind and mash, adding on top of the cheese and meat, and serving.
