- from black olives2 tablespoon
- minced beef500 g
- from Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- White Wine2 cup
- small tomato1 can(s)
- mozzarella cheese1 cup
- chopped parsley1 tablespoon
- salt q.b.. to taste
- pepper q.b.. to taste
- Chop 1 onion and the olives and mix both with the minced meat. .
- Season with salt and pepper and mold into balls.
- Heat the oil to heat and brown the meatballs. Remove and reserve.
- Chop the remaining onion and garlic cloves and sauté them in the same fat as the meatballs.
- Refresh with wine and reduce.
- Then add the tomato and let it cook for another five minutes.
- Remove, grind the sauce and pass it through a mesh strainer.
- Return to the heat with the meatballs and cook over low heat for ten minutes.
- After the time has elapsed, place the cheese in slices between the meatballs and let it cook for a few more minutes, until the cheese melts.
- Finally, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
