- from Olive Oil5 teaspoon
- from turkey meatballs800 g
- lemon (juice)1/2 unit(s)
- from cold water2 cup
- from carrots150 g
- from potatoes600 g
- beef broth1 unit(s)
- from tomato pulp2 tablespoon
- salt q.b.. to taste
- country bread q.b.. to taste
- pepper q.b.. to taste
- Heat the oil and fry the meatballs, seasoning them with salt and pepper.
- Then drizzle with the lemon juice and water, add the carrots and potatoes, peeled and cut into slices.
- Drizzle with the beef broth and tomato and let it cook covered for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and serve the meatballs with the previous vegetables and some slices of toasted bread.
