from turkey meatballs800 g
lemon (juice)1/2 unit(s)
from cold water2 cup
from carrots150 g
from potatoes600 g
beef broth1 unit(s)
from tomato pulp2 tablespoon
salt q.b.. to taste
country bread q.b.. to taste
pepper q.b.. to taste

Heat the oil and fry the meatballs, seasoning them with salt and pepper.
Then drizzle with the lemon juice and water, add the carrots and potatoes, peeled and cut into slices.
Drizzle with the beef broth and tomato and let it cook covered for about 15 minutes.
Remove from the heat and serve the meatballs with the previous vegetables and some slices of toasted bread.
