- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Season the minced meat with onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika and thyme.
- Cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Spread the foil, which we spread with olive oil, to which we add red pepper.
- Spread the minced meat on the aluminum foil.
- Drizzle with the remaining oil and form a rectangular shape.
- Arrange 4 pieces of cheese, boiled eggs, pickles and olives.
- Wrap together with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 50 minutes. Then remove the foil, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 15 minutes.
