Potatoes3 unit(s)
Light cottage cheese3 tablespoon
Boiled Broccoli100 g
Smoked turkey breast150 g
Butter1/2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Parmesan or grated mozzarella3 tablespoon

Wash the potatoes well, poke holes in them with a fork and wrap them in a damp paper towel. Microwave for about 10 minutes.
Cut the center of the potato and remove the core.
Season the potato with a little butter and salt. Reserve.
In a bowl, mash the potato brains well, add the chopped broccoli, the chopped turkey breast and the curd and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Stuff the potatoes, cover with grated parmesan or mozzarella and put in the oven just to brown the cheese.
