- millet50 g
- Red Quinoa25 g
- Chopped Onion25 g
- Minced garlic5 g
- White wine25 ml
- Vegetable Almond Cream100 ml
- Parmesan cheese24 g
- Broccoli50 g
- Chopped Parsley5 g
- Lemon (lemon juice)1/4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil200 ml
- Cook the quinoa and millet in boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes, drain and set aside. Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add the cereal and sauté for 2 min. Deglaze with white wine until reduced. Add cream cheese and vegetable cream. Finish with lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, broccoli, parsley and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
