- Mini Potatoes1 kg
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 dessert spoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Put the potatoes in salted water to cook for about 15 minutes (it will depend on their size). Don't overcook!
- Drain the potatoes.
- Large frying pan, already hot, put a drizzle of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Add the potatoes and let them brown on all sides.
- If necessary, add more butter. Finish with salt and green smell. Ready, excellent as a side dish or even a snack at the weekend!
