  • Mini Potatoes1 kg
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 dessert spoon
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Put the potatoes in salted water to cook for about 15 minutes (it will depend on their size). Don't overcook!
  2. Drain the potatoes.
  3. Large frying pan, already hot, put a drizzle of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter.
  4. Add the potatoes and let them brown on all sides.
  5. If necessary, add more butter. Finish with salt and green smell. Ready, excellent as a side dish or even a snack at the weekend!
