- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Sicilian lemon zest1 teaspoon
- Chopped apple1 unit(s)
- Apricot1 cup
- Sliced Almonds1/2 cup
- Parsley1 to taste
- Basil1 to taste
- Chives1 to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- In the very dish that you will serve the couscous, pour the hot water, salt, black pepper and turmeric. Mix. Then add the raw couscous and cover the platter. Wait 10-15 minutes, separate with the help of a fork so it can be loose.
