- Moroccan Couscous1/2 cup
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Bay Leaf1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- grated carrot to taste
- Chicken strips200 g
- Roasted Almonds3 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Boiling water1 cup
- Green smell to taste
- In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the chicken strips and sauté well until golden brown. Add the grated carrot, season with salt, pepper, paprika and bay leaf. Sauté well for about 5 minutes.
- Add the Moroccan couscous, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and adjust the salt if necessary. Turn off the fire.
- Throw in boiling water and stir well. Cover the pan and leave for 5 minutes.
- Loosen the couscous with a fork, add the almonds and sprinkle with parsley.
