- Very cold water200 ml
- Ice cream emulsifier1 tablespoon
- Ginger Syrup2 tablespoon
- Squeezed lemon1 tablespoon
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Vodka30 ml
- Squeezed lemon30 ml
- Ginger Soda to taste
- Foam on top of glass, mint and ice to taste
- PREPARATION MODE: Make the foam with a mixer or blender, first put the ice water with the ginger syrup and ice cream emulsifier in a container, when it starts to foam add the sugar and squeezed lemon. Add a pinch of powdered ginger to the mixture if you want a stronger taste. Use an aluminum mug to place all the ingredients.
