- In a heated pan: - 1 tablespoon oil - 1 grated onion - 1 cup of lentils Let it fry a little and add 2 cups of water. Keep on medium heat for about 10 minutes, until the lentil shell starts to loosen (press to test). Add and cook until dry: - 1 cup of rice - 2 cups of water - 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder - 1 tablespoon cumin powder - salt to taste (1/2 or less tablespoon) In a bowl, place: - 1 to 2 onions cut into thin slices and separate the onion rings - enough wheat to pass the onions Fry in hot oil until dark, and place on top of the rice.
