- Sliced mixed mushrooms (shitake, shimeji, portobello...)800 g
- Minced Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Miso1 teaspoon
- Balsamic Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Juniper Berries4 unit(s)
- Thyme1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Cut a piece of parchment paper approximately the size of a baking sheet, fold it in half.
- Combine the sliced mushrooms, garlic, juniper thyme, miso, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt in a large bowl and toss until the mushrooms are evenly coated.
- Add the mixture to the parchment paper and fold in half leaving some air at the top for the mushrooms to steam.
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
