- Mushroom Broth3 l
- Butter100 g
- Carnaroli rice500 g
- Dry white wine300 ml
- Medium onion1 unit(s)
- Mascarpone type cheese150 g
- Salsa Tartufata3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- White pepper to taste
- Heat the broth in a pan. In another pan, melt the butter. Add the rice and stir for a few minutes until it is fully coated with the hot butter.
- Add the white wine and stir until dry. Add the onion and let it sweat a little, stirring constantly.
- Add the mushroom broth and stir until it reaches the desired point (al dente and creamy).
- Add the mascarpone and truffled parsley and mix well.
