Mushrooms Stuffed with Gorgonzola and Walnuts

- Fresh Mushrooms (I used Shiitake)12 unit(s)
- Gorgonzola cheese cut into cubes100 g
- Pecan Nut50 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Clean the mushrooms with a paper towel. Remove the stipe (mushroom stem). Arrange the mushrooms in an ovenproof dish or mold, with the cap (“hat” of the mushroom) facing down.
- In the place where the stipe (stem) was, fill it with a piece of gorgonzola cheese and a walnut.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
- Tip: reserve the mushroom “stems” and use them in other recipes, such as omelets.
