- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Small minced garlic clove1 unit(s)
- Butter1 teaspoon
- Yellow Mustard3 tablespoon
- Honey2 tablespoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Water1/2 cup
- Corn Starch1/2 teaspoon
- In a pan heat the butter and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add the water and mix, then the mustard, honey and salt.
- When it boils, add the starch diluted in water and keep stirring until it starts to thicken.
- Then serve as an accompaniment to the tenderloin.
