- Ricotta Cream300 g
- Milk90 ml
- Parmesan cheese4 tablespoon
- Salt and nutmeg to taste
- Macaroni200 g
- In a saucepan, dissolve the ricotta cream in the milk, mixing well. Add the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and nutmeg and set aside.
- Place the drained pasta in a bowl and spread the white sauce on top. Place in a preheated oven on medium (190°C) for 15 minutes or until golden.
