- Add the egg, salt, paprika and black pepper and mix well.
- Add the oil in a pan and let it heat up.
- Add beaten egg and onion
- Let it fry on one side after the other.
- Add the mozzarella cheese and tomato on top.
- Cover and let the cheese melt.
- Lastly, sprinkle with the oregano
