Misture a cebola cortada em meia-lua (julienne) com os temperos secos em uma tigela

Mix the onion cut into half moons (julienne) with the dry spices in a bowl

Coloque o azeite, o vinagre e a cachaça, misturando bem

Add the oil, vinegar and cachaça, mixing well

Deixe descansar por pelo menos 30 minutos (o ideal é por 12h para apurar bem)

Let it rest for at least 30 minutes (ideally for 12 hours to find out well)

Acompanha muito bem carnes, frango, linguiça e puro com pão

It goes very well with meat, chicken, sausage and plain with bread.
