Large carrot

Lave bem a cenoura e retire a casca e os caroços da laranja. 

Wash the carrot well and remove the peel and pits from the orange.

Depois leve no liquidificador e adicione o açúcar e a água e bata tudo por 3 minutos. 

Then take it to the blender and add the sugar and water and beat everything for 3 minutes.

Depois coar em uma jarra com a ajuda de uma peneira. 

Then strain into a pitcher with the help of a sieve.

Depois adicionar umas pedrinhas de gelo e só beber.
